Real Property Investment Services, Inc. (RPI) is a property management and investment company specializing in residential multi-housing management in Arizona.
RPI originated in the late 1970's in southern California. RPI's portfolio grew to include development, lease up, and management of several commercial, medical, retail and residential multi-housing properties in southern California, consisting of over 300,000 commercial square feet and ten (10) apartment communities. Starting in 1989, RPI expanded its acquisition and management of residential multi-housing properties to Arizona. Today, RPI specializes in apartment communities ranging in size from 98 units to 264 units, in Flagstaff, Cottonwood and Glendale, Arizona. The majority of our portfolio (8 apartment communities) is located in Flagstaff, Arizona, known as the "8 Wonders of Flagstaff". RPI continues to manage minimal communities in southern California.
RPI has worked hard to be Flagstaff's premier property management company by providing outstanding value and exceptional service for over 15 years in the Flagstaff community alone. Location, comfort and service are what make the "8 Wonders of Flagstaff" apartment homes unique. Our community in Cottonwood offers outstanding, professional staff as well, working to create "communities to call home".
RPI's corporate office is located in Flagstaff, Arizona. RPI has approximately 100 employees consisting of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, Lead Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Groundskeepers, Housekeepers, and corporate support staff.
