Property Manager - Responsible for the performance of all on-site personnel and full operation and maintenance of the apartment community/property in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Previous Property Manager experience 3-5 years required.
Assistant Property Manager - To act in capacity of property manager in absence of manager, assuming responsibility for property operation in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Responsible for administrative tasks and leasing/marketing activities. Previous property management experience required either as Assistant Property Manager or Senior Leasing Consultant 2-4 years.
Leasing Consultant - Responsible for professionally leasing apartment homes. Assists property manager to maintain property appearance. Knowledge of competition. Assist/serve existing residents with lease renewals, work orders reporting, and rent collection. Previous leasing consultant or sales experience required.
Lead Maintenance Technician - Has specialized expertise in the maintenance field including apartment turns, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and pools/spas. Responsible for directing and overseeing maintenance program and employees.
Maintenance Technician - Performs maintenance activities to protect the physical integrity of structures and property. Maintains cleanliness and order of the property. Assist the lead maintenance technician and property manager by performing maintenance activities necessary to create/sustain physical attractiveness of property. Activities include exterior work and interior work.
Maintenance Painter - Responsible for painting interior of vacant apartments to make-ready. Painting responsibilities can also include exterior.
Groundskeeper - Responsible for sustaining physical attractiveness and cleanliness of landscaped areas and exterior of common areas.
Housekeeper - Maintains the cleanliness of apartment
community common areas. Cleans vacant apartments for make-ready.
